Check out time: 12:00 noon

RM100 minimum will be collected upon check in as safety/ refundable deposit

Extra mattress @ RM85nett per night per bed inclusive of breakfast for 1 person.

Charge for extra breakfast request @ RM48 nett per person

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Shuttle bus services (to town) MYR 5.00 per person with 1 bottle of drinking water (Return trip from town to the hotel is free of charge but based on seat availability)

Vending massage chair will be placed at Residence lobby and also at Rosewood Lounge. Different charges for different length of use (MYR 1.00 = 3 minutes, MYR 5.00 = 15 minutes, MYR 10.00 = 30 minutes)

Effective 1st September 2017, hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a tourism tax of MYR 10 nett per night per room for all registered hotels with the Malaysian Government.

This is in addition to the existing taxes that could be collected at the hotel upon check-in. Please check with the hotel upon arrival regarding these taxes.
